BOOKING/RESERVATIONS/ORDERING

• Book your retreat early ... we suggest you allow two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date
• We prefer a deposit at time of booking of 1/2 down of total amount of retreat
• We accept all major credit cards
• Prices are subject to change
• We now offer a convenient online shopping cart system via our secure server PAYMENTS - We accept all major credit cards and Paypal (Paypal email: tween@tween.org). *
  
  *RE: PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR ORDERS OVER $300.00 - For orders over $300.00 for retreats, sessions and treatments we only accept payments through our secure server merchant account via PayJunction.   Sorry, no exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS

• Retreats are refunded in full if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to scheduled retreat
• 10% non-refundable administrative fee applies if cancelled less than 14 days
• 1/3rd of deposit monies non-refundable applies if cancelled less than 14 days

DONATIONS

Some of our services are by donation only. From time-to-time we will be booking certain sessions, services or ceremonies with individuals of a native/indigenous culture or background; some of these individuals ask for donations instead of charging a rate or flat fee. It will be up to you to estimate the donation amount you wish to give; but we can offer you suggestions if you have questions. Feel free to ask.

PRIVACY - SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL

As is the practice with our Company to keep our client's confidentiality, the information you furnish us is for the use of Shangri-La Sedona only, and will never be sold, rented, distributed or disclosed to third parties.  Your email and information will remain private and safe with us - we guarantee your confidentiality.

ADVERTISING ON OUR SITE

If you wish to sponsor or advertise on certain sections or pages of our site, we offer advertisers these options:

1. Text ads (hypertext) embedded in pre-existing copy $50.00/yr.
2. Text ads (hypertext) separate text (unique text) $75.00/yr.
3. Small Button Banners: Available in 120 pixels wide x 60 pixels high $100/yr, and 120 pixels w x 90 pixels h. $125/yr.
4. Large Button Banners: Large banner ads 121 pixels x 91 pixels or larger $200/yr.

. Is for online pharmacies that are not compliant with the Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS) program

. Advocates a political, religious or controversial public position or candidate for public office

. Makes health claims that are not adequately substantiated.

. Promotes alcohol or tobacco products other than educational campaigns such as smoking cessation and responsible drinking messages that are consistent with genuine efforts to educate consumers, rather than surreptitious attempts to promote consumption of alcohol and tobacco.

At any time, we reserve the right of refusal and and may remove any text ad or button banner image at our discretion.
